Hacking ERROR ret -1017 when trying to dump a VC game.

Hello.

I have a problem when trying to dump a VC game so it becomes a wad. I'd like to use it for Wii U vWii but ERROR -1017 is stopping me from dumping, what is the problem and how to fix it?
I use WAD creator v1.0
