Yeah, except he downgraded to 7.0.0

If they are using exFAT on their SD card, have them copy Atmosphere over to a different (FAT32) SD card and try to boot. It's more likely that their issue is one of hitting 7.0.0 in ChoiNX rather than 7.0.0 (exFAT).

Use GUI Format to format an SD card as FAT 32. Download Atmosphere, extract to SD, boot Fusse-Primary. See if the Switch boots.

If that doesn't work, have him manually downgrade to 6.1.0 and then follow my instructions from earlier.

We tried with ChoiDujour and it just says “Failed to execute script ChoiDujour” when entering the command in CMD

Is there anything we can do?

Have you checked that the SD card being used with the system is not an exFAT one? There is stuff we can do, but you'd have to PM me and take this off-site.

The exFAT thing is far more likely than there being an issue with the downgrade.

Additional information.
Before you wipe out all the data.
You can use HacDiskMount to export your save files first.

Yup. The issue the person is having isn't actually a 'real' downgrade issue, they just installed FAT32 firmware on a system that uses an exFAT card. Fixing them up now so they don't lose saves or anything :)

Oh I see.
Just in case that the person having this issue need a tool to format micro sdcard to FAT32.
