Hacking error installing nsp file with tinfoil

I placed the nsp in the nsp folder. root>tinfoil>nsp. That worked flawlessly to install Smash, but no luck on anything else.

I dont have the folder "root" u are actually in 6.2 or in other version?

Root is not a folder, root is the first section of your sd card when you open it.

I already try in all the ways, USB, Tinfoil, NSP to XCI, with dOPUS. Nothing worked for me, most of the options told me "You can not process or read the package" (summarizing), i supose that i need to change my files or something else

i have the error with usb installing on 6.2.0, sd install works fine but usb just crash the switch, maybe you have a better version of tinfoil that works with 6.2.0?

i solved, u have to put the Fusee primary.bin not the hekate

I'm not on 6.2 but as far as I know there's no special version of tinfoil needed for 6.2 for usb install (I could be wrong) What guide did you follow to try the install? There's multiple things you have to install on your computer such as python, libusb pyusb and libusbk using zadig. Did you install all of these? Tell me everything you did to try to get it to work and the exact error you're getting. People were having problems with usb install before 6.2 even came out so it could be other things that just being on 6.2.

If 6.2 really just broke everything that worked before then it really sucks to be on 6.2 and I'm glad I'm not.

yes i have everything installed, used to install throght usb on 6.1 but now it don't work, maybe i'll just have to wait

I'm having same issue with Homebrew Menu NSP. Nothing works. I'm on 6.2.0 with Atmosphere 0.8.1 and latest SD Files for sigpatches. Other NSP installs fine but not-original nsps simply don't work. Any ideas?

Edit: USB Install and Network Install doesn't work either

first time poster, long time lurker.. I'm getting the "failed to install NSP" with error code 0x00234c02 on my Lets Go Eevee NSP. I've downloaded numerous versions/renamed them to shorter names/etc. This is the one and only NSP I've had trouble with, every other NSP has installed very easily.

whats the hash on this one?, because i've had trouble with eevee one as well...

Same Issue here. Trying to install FIFA19 on Switch 6.2 with atmosphere+tinfoil. Error: ReadCNMT24: Failed to find cnmt file entry!

Yes, just inject the FussePrimary.bin

If i inject the payload with HEKATE The tinfoil dont work but if i inject FussePrimary.bin it works good. I already have installed some nsp that i could not install before
