I also have the same problem. Happened to me thrice in the last 7 days. Two times while opening a game, one time when viewing user profile data

I'm on sx os and 2144-0001 error has also been an occurence on ver 1.4. It doesn't happen a lot of times but it did froze my switch thrice already. First was when entering nxshell, 2nd was when trying to start mario tennis, and the last one was on mario kart.

Rebooting will solve the problem. Having the problem on SX OS 1.4 after updating MarioKart and Mario Tennis, kept giving me that error code - reboot solves everything.

Before running the games did you previously open any homebrew before that (in the same session)? I wish to know if opening homebrew before opening a game has any impact on these errors.

I didn't open any homebrew before running the games.

Yea just use the devmenu LFS or NSP. It sucks that people are getting this error left and right.... oh my...

Couldnt he just delete his db save? I feel like that would be better than formatting or restoring...

Okay, so it'll show the error even if you haven't run homebrew since rebooting. Could you try opening and closing the same game repeatedly? Like 4-5 times? This may be a memory leak of some sort present in CFW.

I tried for 8 times and nothing happened.
Edit: after over 20 times i leave the switch in sleep mode about 5 minutes and open a game it instantly crashes.
