Does this happen in both docked and handheld mode? If you've only tried it in docked mode, try it in handheld mode.

I installed nsp with tinfoil.
Games were: Hollow knight, Mariokart, Overcooked.
I updated my game and the error occurred so I went ahead and check for corrupted data and re downloaded all of them.

The latest stash is 2.1.1
Try uninstalling all the game data and installing with the new method included in the stash
Also try removing the fs.kip from the sd card

speaking of sd card is it good brand/quality?

I already made a PSA thread about this.

You installed a fake nsp (devmenu) and it messed up your ticketDB. You will need to restore a backup, factory reset or manually repair it with with memloader.

Alternativly you used the "cracked" SX OS nro that also seems to cause this.

Alright yeah Tinfoil is still WIP, its not supposed to be used yet. So it is still the ticketDB.

Happened to my unit twice. Once when I try to close a game and once when I try to load Mario Kart.
