Hacking Error Code 0xFFFCFFBE

Im trying to install Super Smash Bros. onto my wii u but whenever i do it gets to about 80% then i get error code 0xFFFCFFBE and i have no idea what could be causing it this is the only game that does this i have installed tons of game on here before with no problem but this one just doesnt work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Yes i have like i said ive installed tons before and never had a problem, this is the only one thats giving me an issue

Ssb has DLC Data that can only be installed while using CFW like CBHC or mocha (correct me if im wrong)
Are you booting to a CFW before trying to install it?

I have no idea what that is but all the other games ive installed with dlc have worked fine
