When I try to restore from a backup after swapping hard drives I get an error. "Cannot restore. Cannot access the USB storage device. The PS4 will restart, and will then be initialized. (CE-33299-6)" I have tried numerous things to try and fix it. I thought maybe the external hard drive was acting up so I plugged it into my computer to transfer the backup to a different hard drive. When I copy the PS4 folder from the external hard drive it gets stuck at archive0005.dat and times out and I get ‘The semaphore timeout period has expired error 0x80070079‘
