Hacking Question Error 2110-3150 means banned right?

I just received a switch from craigslist, when I go through the set up process and try to connect to my wifi I get error code: 2110-3150 I assumed it was banned but when I looked it up it seems the banned ones say you are restricted access or something like that. So I'm not 100% sure if it is banned or not. I know it is a hackable switch but not sure if it was hacked before or not.

that isn't the error code to specify a ban. Error codes 2124-4007, 2181-4008 and 2124-4508 are the ones you look out for.

Seems like a wifi/router issue on your end when trying to connect.
