Try verifying that the file is there.

It is printed (I think?) I ordered it and it came in a sealed package.

Try copying the entire disc to a folder and see if it runs into any IO errors.

Try copying the file from the disc to...somewhere else. If it works, then make a note of every file that gives the error, hit ignore, and just move it to the directory once it's done.

Thanks everyone I solved it by doing the following...

1. Allowed teh installer to go.
2. Whenever it gave an error regarding a file - I hit ignore.
3. After the install I took the files from the disc and overwrote the ones in the programs folder - everything works fine
