Hacking Error 0xFFFCFFE9 - access failed (no USB storage attached?)

Keep getting this error when trying to install Pacman Ghostly Adventures 2 onto USB.

Have installed other games, before and after, onto same USB, using same SD, no problem. Plenty space available on USB.

Using WUP installer y Mod 1.2.1

Try unplugging the wiiu from the mains leave it off for a minute or so then plug back in and try again it worked for me when I had that very problem.

Ok, I'll try. Seems weird though that without rebooting off Wii U, removing SD or unplugging USB drive or even restarting WUP Installer I can install other games no problem

Yes it was the only way I could get sonic lost world's to install hope this method works for you.

This method has not worked for me, by any chance do you have any other advice?

The game is corrupted. Bad TMD I guess. Same error here.
