Yes, so you restored your NAND backup after installing A9LH, and hence it was unnecessary for you to restore your tickets afterwards.

I know I may be late, but you can use tikdevil to generate all the tickets at once (includes the tickets you need), then use tiksweep to delete all unused tickets. Boom. All tickets you need are installed.
