Yeah, you don't have to reset the Friend Code w/ the Godmode9 stuff, but personally I just did it anyway to be "safe"
(doubt it makes a difference, but whatever)

Or just don't buy anything considering a seller could sell that ID to 10 people without you knowing it. At worse buy a used 3DS for nearly the price of one brand new game. You get to have a second console to test stuff, give to friends when they visit you if you want to do multiplayer and so on. A way better investment.

I'm not saying that you are, but some may be and will definitely be. The same happened with X360 keyvaults. And often sellers are smart an don't sell the same ID within a very short time frame, they do it over time (like waiting several weeks). And by the time buyers realize, it's too late.

Buying such IDs would be like accepting to buy an MMO account without being able to change its password. You aren't "buying" anything, you are paying to share an ID with someone while trusting that person not to use that ID anymore... and that's extremely risky.

If so, would there be any ban they could issue for you bypassing the 0102 ban? If that's a hyperban than it doesn't seem like they'd have much more they could do other than ban you every time you changed your LocalFriendCodeSeed
