Simply replacing the banned LocalFriendCodeSeed with an unbanned one should work though, I don't think you needed to do the extra stuff

If it's on emunand, try deleting it and tell me what happens. (assuming you can use something like godmode9 you should be able to recover it if emunand bricks. Do NOT attempt on sysnand!)

Oh then your good to try it I guess. A9HL will still work and you can use godmode9 to restore the file if it bricked. Deleting the file won't harm your a9hl install so it's safe to do if you back the file up first.

So it still seems like all you really need to replace is the banned/flagged LocalFriendCodeSeed with a legitimate/valid unbanned/unflagged one.

Which isn't easy unless there's some way to generate a valid one or intercept the data being read from it with NTR or something

If you have godmode9 a full nand backup isn't required. Just the file you deleted. But I suppose it's better safe then sorry. if restoring the file doesn't unbrick then you'd do the full ctrnand restore. You 99.9% likely won't have to do that and just restore the file in question instead.

I assume this only fixes the error that prevents you from online play, not the 022 one that you get when accessing the eshop?
