Homebrew Erased files from SDcard via FBI

hi everyone,
I don't know if this is the right section... But I made huge mistake...
I accidentally deleted my Mario & Luigi Superstar saga .sav file (I played it with mGBA for 3DS) using FBI...
There isn't a bin or something, so is there a way to get it back? A sort of recovery or something?

Please I spent so much time playing it...

Google for recovery software, and don't write anything to the card (take it out of the console right away) until you've either gotten the save back or given up. Every time you write something there's the chance of writing over the file you want to save.

And once something is overwritten, it is gone forever..... In IT we teach people the only guaranteed way to remove a file is to overwrite it.

Stop using the SD card and use TestDisk and PhotoRec. It will recover the file even if the SD card had been reformatted.
I have only used in Linux, and thus cannot guide you in Windows, but the process is straightforward (it is a command line tool.) If you are not computer-savvy, ask a friend for help. For example, you may need to be able to identify undeleted files that the application did recover but whose headers were not recognised.
