ROM Hack Enter the Gungeon near 100% Save file

Hello every one! Long time watching over the forums and for my first post, I submit to the gbatempgods as per requested.. a near perfect Gungeon save file (if you play enough you'll get this in no time).

What needs to be unlocked:

Boss Rush mode unlocked, A-KEY47 and Bracket key (need 6 hearts on floor 5)

Memorable items/Feats completed:
Brocolli
7 leaf clover
All Characters, All past killed (including Cultist), all alt costumes
Blessed challenge completed
Lich killed
Every purchasable item up to date

Hey there just tried the save and not sure what's missing but loading it up starts a new game with just the basic stuff . Using checkpoint to get it done and I see there is a giant file size difference but it resets it to the basic new game

I'm not too sure (since I'm not on the loading side of this), but maybe it has to do with association to the username to save file. Methinks you have to edit the file to show that it's coming from your gamertag

Hey, thanks again for working on this, I'm also having trouble getting this to load. I used Notepad++ to check all four files for my gamertag but it doesn't seem to be in my files. What does seem weird is your ActiveA.game is empty (0kb). From what I can gather this is the file of where you might be if you are mid run or something, and it might reference the save to see if things check out. CurrentSaveSlot seems to be exactly what it sounds like, "A" in this case, I didn't get to spend too much time in SlotA.options, and SlotA.save seems to have all the important stuff, I can see it but opening a game puts me in a file at square one, no matter what combinations I try. My only real suggestion would be to boot into the gungeon, maybe playing with Bullet or Robot and as soon as you hit the end of a floor, quit, save, upload to checkpoint and I will be glad to test again. If you don't have the time to continue I understand but I really think there is something going on with ActiveA.game having nothing in it when mine is a pretty big word dump. If you use a hex editor it shows in the save file how far you have progressed, I can't seem to find what part in the save file is encrypted or if there is any user tag within the save that reflects, but I'm about to try something silly and hopefully this works.

Well I have gone in there with Windows native notepad editor and have changed and made a couple of things work mid run, and also to the main game. I changed Winchester aced count to 6 in that file to get the seven leaf clover.. mid run I changed my coin to 99999 and 99 blanks/shields.. changing value of hearts only works with how many containers you had at the moment of saving ( i.e if you have half a heart it would be 0.5, as opposed to full starting hearts 3.0). Changing the blanks and shields to 99 also isn't recommend.. as the game tries to display all 99 singular icons on screen for each.. anyways I will work on making that updated save file later

I've gotten close enough. Just need the 7-leaf clover and the Cultist's past.

EDIT: And challenge mode. And blessed mode. Oh and I also got a rainbow chest once

Upon opening up SlotA.save in Notepad++, I noticed that the code ends abruptly. Compared it to my own save file and sure enough, a whole chunk of code was not present. Perhaps you might want to try backing up your save file again and re-uploading it.

EDIT: I've decrypted a PC save file and created a (nearly)100% save for the switch. All characters have been unlocked and most guns have been unlocked, apart from the newer ones included in the "Advanced Gungeons & Draguns" update.
