Hacking enter eshop on region changed new 3DS

Like mentioned in Plailect's Thread here:

I can only enter the eshop on the changed region when I never entered the eshop on my original region.
If I now regionchange my new3ds, edit SecureInfo_A and all the other stuff mentioned and finally enter the eshop of the regionchanged system, can I change back to my original region with a backup and can enter the eshop there?

Example:
New3DS on FW 9.0.0-20E - never entered eshop
-> regionchange to 9.2U, edit SecureInfo -> enter US eshop (with US NNID)
-> recover 9.0.0-20E backup -> can enter EUR eshop (with EUR NNID)

Is that possible?
