I have my vita with enso installed, and just got SRW V cart, but I can't play it, I got error C1-6703-6, is possible play it or I need a CFW 3.65 (non spoofed)?

You cannot play that game on a Vita FW 3.60. That game was released February 27, 2017 while FW 3.60 was released on April 6, 2016. So yeah that game requires FW>3.60. Spoofing your Vita to 3.65 will not work unfortunately.
