There's two ways games are translated.

1 - If the game happens to contain english as well hidden in it. This is sort of rare. Then somebody just needs to make a patch or code that switches the language.

2 - Most of the time the games don't contain english, so somebody needs to translate it. They need to do it manually, by hand, and it takes forever, so most games are not translated.

99.9% of people don't care for it,plus time is better spent on games the majority care about,thats just how it works...

i am currently trying to translate r+v. it is going to take time though im new to rom hacking Pheonexgodess knows me. . .we kinda butted heads cuz i was being a dick. but if i cant get it translated there is still hope. i hered that the anima has been perchesed by Funnimation and the show is going to be englished dubed so if the show goes far in the usa then it might be offcially translated.
