Hacking Endless Ocean 2 wants a update

Hello all,
I got a copy of Endless Oceans 2 for Christmas (loved the first one) and I see it is asking to do a system update. Hmm I thought I had all the IOS's. I USB load with USBLoaderGX, and have the up to date cIOS. And I am running 4.3 and this is the first time I have a disk asking. Of course i can block it with priiloader but I was wondering what could I be missing? I did grab the wii speak channel and made a wad, though haven't installed it yet. Would this fix the issue? Or is there something else?

The game also checks your 249 and 250 slots.
The disc expects a Stubbed ios in those slots, but obviously you have cIOS installed.
The update tries to install stubbed ios 249 and 250 wich are part of the official version of System menu since nintendo figured they would try to prevent piracy.
Block this update with Priiloader and you'll be fine.

Ahh I had a feeling it was something like that. I did block it with Priiloader to see if it ran but wondered if I was missing something else. Thanks!
