Hey, I've recently found out about this game and it seems to be pretty freakin' radical, so I thought HEY WHY NOT GIVE IT A WHIRLY.

I've downloaded several different .ROMs of both EU and US versions, but every time I try to transfer them to my SD card, it bugs up at around 10% and disconnects my card reader.
The fault isn't the card reader or my SD card, as I can read and write to it just fine ( put Cross Treasures on today, flawlessly ).

It's really annoying, since I've been dying to play this game for the past couple days now.
purchasing isn't really an option since I'm a poor ol' student

I'm using an AceKard2i using the latest AKAIO.
Anyone know what the problem might be?

Is it something as simple as lack of space? If I remember correctly the Cross Treasures ROM is smaller than the Enchanted Folk one.

Failing that, have you tried reformatting your microSD card with the Panasonic SD Formatter? It has been known to mysteriously correct all manner of microSD card-related woes. Remember to back up the contents of your card before trying this.

There's about 500mb of space left, so there's PLENTY left for the 128mb .nds file.

I used the Panasonic SD Formatter, tried transferring aaaand it cut off at the exact same mark again.
Looks like I won't be playing this one.

Thank you very much for your help though!

I really doubt that, since I downloaded pretty much every single ROM I could find, and they're all unable to transfer.
But thanks for the suggestion.
