Hello, I'm thinking about updating my EmuNAND for a game that requires firmware 9.5. My firmware is 4.2.0-9 and I'm running Palantine CFW. How exactly would I know that I'm in EmuNAND, so I do not update SysNAND?
Switch to another Custom Firmware Palantine is Outdated.
You would know if you are on the emunand with the theme"manager" in the corner of your screen and the miiverse.
The Home menu is slightly different than the 4.xx FW

Boot emuNAND through a CFW like rxTools. Then go into settings and make sure you are in emuNAND. Don't close out of settings or it will take you back out of emuNAND. Update using system settings and voila!
