I successfully downgraded to 9.2 from 10.3 o3ds, installed RxTools, unlinked my sysnand and emunand. Emunand is updated to 10.3. Now I receive the error code 022-2634 when I try to access eShop. How would I fix it so i have eShop access on my emunand. If I have to format my emunand, would I do it from system settings and would I have to take out my sd card while doing so? And is there a way to automatically boot into emunand? Any help would be appreciated.

totally false.

back up emunand, format it with something like tiny format (so nothing gets deleted from the SD card), set up NNID on it, and restore emunand. done.

@Mikola92 ok, to put it simply:
  1. make a backup of emunand, using something like EmuNAND9 or EmuNAND tool
  2. download this tool, and install the CIA to emunand: https://github.com/javimadgit/TinyFormat/releases
  3. use it, this will format the emunand
  4. set up the new emunand like usual, including internet
  5. go to System Settings, then Nintendo Network ID Settings
  6. set up your NNID
  7. restore your emunand backup

could I conceivably just grab a new micro sd and do steps 2-6 and then pop the old micro sd back in, rather than going through the backup and restore process

{edit: yes I can and I did with success!]
