Hacking Emummc stuck at Nintendo logo after update.

Hello, looking for a bit of guidance. So I recently update my switches emummc to 9.1.0 with ChoiDujourNX and now I'm unable to boot into it. I was running latest kosmos/atmosphere on 8.1.0 (both emu and sys nand) with no troubles. I then proceed to update with choi and now I just get stuck at the Nintendo logo. I can boot into sysnand just fine (still on 8.1.0).

Bit of information about my setup.
Was using AutoRCM
Had a custom theme installed
Using exfat formatted sd card (I chose the exfat option in choi when updating).

Trying to get the emummc to boot but worse comes to worse I'd just like to get my saves off the emummc if possible and start over.

First things first, do NOT use exfat. This will cause data loss to 100%. Have you disabled the custom theme before updating?

No I did not remove the theme before updating. Is my emummc unrecoverable if I didn't?

Try removing the titles for the custom theme from the atmosphere folder and see if that allows you to boot. (basically, try to boot a clean atmosphere for now, and slowly add back in your modifications to it).

Ok so I deleted my titles folder in atmosphere and still stuck at the Nintendo logo. That's when I launch fusee primary through hekate. If I try to use the config that comes with hekate "CFW Emummc" I get an error code that no mandatory secmon or warmboot provided, failed to launch HOS!
