Homebrew emulator help

hello,

i am new to this homebrew stuff so my questions will prob be bad, and I'm very sorry.

i have added the snes9x emulator to the vwii on my wii u, what i am wondering is if the pro controller or the game pad controller will work? the next question is will the pro controller work for a n64 emulator ? if not will it work for an injected rom using loading?
