Hi Everyone. I've recently decided to play Persona 2: IS & EP on my PSP. I wanted to play it with Random Encounter rate change modifications. I found some CWCheats for Persona 2 that can change the Random Encounter rate but I don't want to use it that way, I want it to be directly embedded into the ROM. Is there any way I can do this?
