Emulation EFA-Linker Simple Saves -> VisualBoy Advance?

Is there a way to use the EFA-S's saves on VBA? I've backed them up using the client program, but VBA doesn't detect them.

you can't back up save states on the efa-linker. they are just blank if you even try. this was already asked.

I looked up EFA Saves/EFA VBA and a bunch of related words, didn't find any results. Thanks for clearing it up. Do you know any GBA flash cart that will allow me to do so that's relatively cheap? Will the EFA-Linker II allow me to do this?
