EdiZon - How to disable or turn off Codecave mastercode or remove it completely? Pokémon Legends Arceus

It keeps activating everything and when I go through and disable individually, it still activates a bunch of the codes. I can turn off/on all cheats individually.
But it is stuck on on with codecave master code.

if that is the code with { } instead [ ],
then by design, you cant turn it off.
now as for your other concern, have you check the file located at
"/atmosphere/config/system_settings.ini"?
specifically, this line:

dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0

if you're seeing:

;dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0

then you need to make it:

dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0

and reboot the switch
