i was having issues on 16.1.0fw, and I had update my ovlEdiZon.ovl, ovlmenu.ovl ovlSysmodules.ovl, sys-clk-overlay.ovl files. because it would crash when selecting codes from tesla overlay, I then updated the Nx-ovlloader, and also had to
; dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1
change that to:
Code:
dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0 and dont forget to remove the --> ;

sdcard:\atmosphere\config\system_settings.ini
if
A) this file exist, look for this line:
Code:
; dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1
change that to:
Code:
dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0
notice that the ";" is gone, and that "u8!0x1" is now "u8!0x0"
after saving the changes, try the game again.
(you may need to reboot the switch, if it doesnt look like it working....)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B) this file does not exist, there should a "atmosphere\config_templates\system_settings.ini"
copy that to "atmosphere\config\system_settings.ini" then goto Option A
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C) If somehow, you delete "atmosphere\config_templates",(like i did once)
copy and paste what in the spoiler to a file called "system_settings.ini" and put that in "atmosphere\config". now bear in mind, this has the default setting for everything except one thing. there are no comment lines, this is the "bare-bones" minimum to get you started.

Hi I am also having this issue but when I look in my atmosphere folder I don't see a system)settings.inifile how do I get this file. Also even with hidden files displayed on my computer I still cant see this file. So I am assuming I am missing it.
Ever since i messed with the ini edizon/breeze crashes all my games. i tried to copy n paste the config template back to default. reboots. nothin works. any ideas?
Probe todo lo que dijeron, desde sacarle el ";", cambiando el 1 por 0, tanto en templates como en config, pero sigo teniendo el problema de que siguen los trucos activados, que puedo hacer??
ps: too lazy to write actual writing. this is AI generated from source code feed to him. this homebrew is mostly AI-assisted as i never had any C nor C++ knowledge nor compiling knowledge on switch or any other homebrew. things just happened that cheats auto enabled on all games in my kids switch due to my previously try to get cheat for Ys Memoire of Felghana final boss, which is very hard for me to beat until today, but to no avail so he remain unbeated. so long story short, i had to dig method to disable that and found that it actually manual edit on system_settings.ini file in...
