So this isn't a huge question or anything...

I'm selling some car audio stuff, and I'm looking at basically two options:

1) Starting bid set at $140.00 ($2.00 eBay fee) and a Buy It Now feature set at $210.00 ($0.25 eBay fee).
Total insertion fees: $2.25.

2) Starting bid set at $0.99 ($0.15 eBay fee), Reserve set at $140.00 ($2.00 eBay fee) and a Buy It Now feature set at $210.00 ($0.25 eBay fee).
Total insertion fees: $2.40.

Basically, the same thing... But I was considering going with my second option so that it would draw more attention with a $0.99 opening bid.

Any thoughts, opinions or tips?

Reserve's and BIN's are a waste on auction items to be honest. If your item is worth your reserve price, it will reach it, and if it doesn't, you're pretty much just out the fees and will have to relist it. If the certain item is in high demand, and if you think you will attract enough bidders, just start the auction at one cent and have the auction go for 7-10 days. Another good option is paying $9.95 for featured, which will most likely get you $20-30 of a higher ending bid. I always try to pay for featured on items worth $100+ and in the end it always ends up being worth the extra $10.
