Hacking Dumping Wads from Wii

I tried searching, but am having difficulty finding what I want. I have two channels on my Wii that to my knowledge haven't been dumped yet.* The topics I found when searching for how to do this claim that Waninkoko made a tool to dump your Wii filesystem to your SD card, unencrypted. I can't find this tool at all on his site, probably because team Twiizers got mad at him when the first channel dump was online because of it. I'd like to go from channels on my Wii menu to .wads that anyone can download. How?

*If Nintendo didn't want people downloading the Metroid Prime 3 Preview and Dr. Mario Online Friend Battle channels for free, they shouldn't have let people do it in the first place.

I've read the rules, and I don't think this violates them, but if it does go ahead and remove it.

I had trouble finding it a few days ago too.
Its called "Wad Creator". It worked well for me when I needed to transfer the Weather/News channels from a PAL wii to a NTSC wii that I changed to PAL.
It didn't work for transferring the Internet channel though for some reason?.
