I am specifically trying to dump my DLC paths of Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest + Revelations. I have legitimately purchased these two paths this morning.
I first tried using Hourglass9/Decrypt9. When I attempt to dump my Fates DLC to a .cia under titles/0004008c/00179400 (Yes, this is the right title ID and DLC location) I receive an error, saying that content was not found.
When attempting to dump with GodMode9 I found out that I couldn't dump from Hourglass9/Decrypt9 because I had not installed all of the available DLC for Fates. It still gave me the option to proceed with missing content.
The reason I want to dump these DLC paths is so that I can patch them and reinstall them.
What should I do? Go ahead and dump w/ missing content? I'm not looking to buy every DLC available for Fates, I only want to modify Conquest + Revelations.
