For me, i was turning a corner and a boulder smacked right into my face. Instant death from 2.75 hearts

I lost all my hearts by getting too close to (and opening) the metal doors at the end of the very first shrine ._.

I threw a bomb up a hill and then started fighting with my sword, after killing a few enemies I detonated the bomb and the blast caught a barrel and ran my ass over. I had a fairy but it did kill me.

On Wii U, but my most facepalm death was on the first tower, I set a bomb off and sent myself flying off, but I would have died anyway just because of thedirect damage.

hit a guardian on the rim of the eye socket and the arrow bounced off with no damage at the last second of it charging, i got lazored after that.

With the open nature of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, there also comes many different creative ways to get a Game Over. What odd ways have you accidentally Game Over'd? Personally I have:

- Chased a rolling steak off the edge of a cliff
- Detonated a Remote Bomb I thought I had thrown at a Bokoblin without realising they had kicked it back at Link
- Accidentally dropped a heavy metal object on Link with Magnesis

and uuhhh often i get killed by those big orcs.
have not played too much of it yet, and is it true that it can be finished quick?
but you'd still have to be equipped better for the last boss etc. yeh?

edit: the one of the most annoying deaths for me in botw is getting hit by that stupid laser thing =-=' (those big robots, will there be a way to take those robots down? i hope there will be.)

Just saw a guy beat it in 56 minutes with just the paraglider, 3 hearts, and some crappy shields, his parry was on par though
