Hacking Dualboot in a exFat sd card in Switch

So, yesterday i bought a 128gb exfat sd card and installed atmosphere in an unpatched Switch. In the last hours, i watched some tutorials showing that is possible to dual boot CFW and Android in Switch but in all these videos, the sd card was formatted in fat32. So, can i install an Android in a exfat sd card without formatting it?

There is no reason to use exFat and all the more reasons to stay away from exFat.
exFat support on the Switch is rather unstable and can cause your SD card contents to be ruined in the blink of an eye.
Every OS supports fat32.

But my micro sd card only supports exFat or NTFS.

Use any newer Dualboot guide for Android 10 and hekate do the rest for you.

You can format any microSD to FAT32. Windows formatter just can't do it. Also hekate will format the switch properly when you set it up for EmuNAND, Android or Linux.

That's is no true, any SD card can be formatted to any format, must be the program you are using the one what only support that formats, but if you use Fatformat32 or the Fatformat32 gui. more information:

Use GUIFormat to format the SD card to FAT32.

Use this tool to format your SD card to exfat.
Hekate format the card to fat32 later.

Rufus is a good tool to format sdcards to fat32.. and hekate can also format it...

Coreboot doesnt support exfat so you will have to use fat32.

Try using Rufus.

This guide is for wii and hard drive, but the principle in formatting is the same

I have used a 1tb sd card on fat 32 without issues
