Hacking Dual Partition Fat32/WBFS for Homebrew

Having problems getting homebrew channel to recognize FAT32 partition. I recently partitioned my drive with 10GB dedicated to Homebrew, and the rest for Wii games. I'm not having any problems wiht the wii games being recognized by usb loader, but I can't get hbc to recognize apps. I've taked out my SD card and still nothing. Some help would be greatly appreciated... I'm trying to get started with some NAND emu.

is it set to primary on the disk management section on your computer?

Make sure both partitions are primary (none logical) and that the FAT32 partition is first on the disk.

yeah, both are set to primary. But the FAT32 part. is not first... i'll try that. thanks guys
