Hacking DsTwo+ Purchase

First time posting obligatory bullcrap and don't know if it's the right thread blah blah.

I bought the DsTwo+ off of nds-cards.com and It's been about a week or so since I've heard anything from them. The tracking information says it's been processing for the last 4 or 5 days and I don't know if I should just cut my losses and accept that it's gone or be optimistic about it arriving before I move near the end of next month. Anybody else get from nds-cards.com and receive better customer support or is it just a shoddy company?

Why'd you have it ship to you if you're about to move?

Where are they located?

If they're in another country than you, it could just be shipping/customs problems.If they're in China/HK, they just have no sense of doing things in a timely manner. I once gave up on an HK company and asked for a refund after 3 weeks when they still hadn't shipped an "in stock" product.

arriving before I move near the end of next month.

i remember seing threads of people getting the card like 30-45 days later...
they send from china\asia or whatever, it takes a few weeks..
i would either cancel the order or email nds card and ask to change the address (the problem is, i seen folks here having bad luck at emailing them)
then order again for the new address when i finnally moved... (just in case there is some problem and you have to move again)
