Hacking DSTWO on 3DS

So I've had to lend a lot of money out this month which makes me pretty broke.

I am having to sell my DSi to make ends meet along with some other stuff.

I have a 3DS and am keeping it though, I also own a DSTWO.

Can DSTWO run on the newest 3DS firmware?

Yes it can, but you'll have to update to the latest boot-strap though.

Note: if your 3ds is on latest firmware, your DS2 will obviously not run on it, thus you won't be able to update. To update, the SuperCard team suggests using a ds phat/lite to update because the updater has had issues updating on a 3ds. If you don't have one, borrow one.

EDIT: never mind about not being able to update on 3ds if on latest 3ds firmware, etc... seems like you actually can update on a 3ds with latest firmware by using the tut above. But be careful and be sure to follow ALL of the directions. But if you're concerned, you can safely update on a ds phat/lite.

Yes, DSTwo can work on DSi V1.43 with an update. here is the official site http://eng.supercard.sc/manual/dstwo/download.htm you will need to download some files from here.

1. download the EOS V1.11 http://down.supercard.cn/download/dstwo/DSTWO_v1.11_0723_eng.zip
2. downlaod the update patch V1.12 http://down.supercard.sc/download/dstwo/Firmware/Firmware_v1.12_eng.zip
3. Copy all the files into the root of you DS card, and then put the SD card DSTwo in a DS console
4. Power on and run the update file to finish the update
5. Update your DSi to V1.43
6. use the DStwo
