Hacking DSTWO 3DS rom problem?

First, I'd like to thank you for taking your time to read this, because this is my first topic.

I'll tell you the full story, I was looking for a flash card, for my DSi, and found the DS_TWO, I got it, and it works great, but here's the problem. I got a 3DS not to long ago, and I got Pokemon Rumble Blast with it. My brother wanted the game as well, so we can co-op the game, But my brother wanted Mario Cart 7 more and got it insted of my game. I found out that the DSTWO can play 3DS games with a update. I got the update, ( v 1.7, or 1.0.7 or somthing. The newest one.) and after 30 minutes of searching, I found the rom for my game, so I can play the real game, when he plays it on the DSTWO. I put it on my micro SD card, and its not there in DS_GAME! I renamed the .3ds to .nds, it showed up, without a game icon and a glichey header! So I load the game any way, and it stays on the "loading" screen forever! Is it the rom, did I get a drifent update then I should of?

Also, dont go telling me that the DSTWO cant play 3ds games, on its website, it says on one of the updates, "Fixed Super Mario 3D Land" or somthing along those lines. Oh, and I cant change to a difrent flashcard, I dont have the money... :/

The 3DS CANNOT play 3DS games. NOTHING CAN PLAY 3DS GAMES. The website, I believe, was talking about the Super Mario 3D Land update.

Fixed Mario 3DS simply refers to the fact you can now use your DS2 with the update that came on the mario cart a quote from the SC forums:

Just to make it clear for you the DSTWO does not support playing 3DS roms Pinkie232 is correct

I congratulate you for making my day. The "Fixed Super Mario 3D Land" is talking about the update that came with it that blocked most of the flash carts at the time. You can not and will not be able to play 3ds games as of now.
