Hacking DSTT/DSTTi refund operation

Hello everyone...

I dont like to be a prisoner from anyone or anything...

I bought a DSTTi to use it...

But the official website and also the company behind, dont do anything since "The 6Th of january 2009"

This company continue to build and sold this product!!!

So, i think is totaly normal to ask for REFUND...

The operation is very serious and simple:

Write an EMAIL at this adress -> [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected]

if you bought your DSTT/DSTTi since the 6th of january 2009 you have right for a refund


Join in your email:

-The adress of the dealer
-The price you paid
-The date of your purchase


More you do this, more you will obtain faster an answer or (i hope) a reaction from them!

If you know another forum (or another way) dont hesitate to communicate this information


Together we can obtain something, we just need to do it

Or ask them to dev new kernels again. If they don't do it anymore, ask them to make a .NDS to update the cards with an open source kernel we could mod for us... But you'll get more chance about someone from this community to do it!

Explain it will not cost much to them. If they don't do anything, it will cost them a bad brand image...

Our best chances are to dev an open source kernel, or to get wood for DSTT (or kind of wood).

My wishes are about an open source kernel for mostly all linkers, not only R4 originals, but it does not mean we got to ask it to WOOD's dev.

Thats what i don't understand about DSTT - its kind of a clone of the R4 original ...

Have anyone give the new R4iDSN .nds boot loader a go ?

I mean the .nds version of it to boot as an alternative

Give it a try editing this .nds file with an hexadecimal editor and compare it to another bootloader like TTMenu.dat

Im not sure for DSTT - but i think the loader has to be decrypted are encrypted to wiew it with a hex-edtor

Im sure YSMenu.nds is decrypted for r4 originals

_DS_MENU.dat woodr4 might be encrypted - might be backwards

I think also you need the __rpg folder in there to with the .nds loader

Its ok i have check it with a hex edtor - same as YSMENU.nds but thats for r4

I think also you need the __rpg folder in there to with the .nds loader

Just ownly tested both ysmenu and dstt .nds loader's for R4 original and it worked! - now i can swap both between WoodR4 and YSMenu at the same time! - with the reset it's grate!

Without truning on and off my DS

__rpg foder from woodr4 file also has to be in the root of your microsd chip + .nds load and run it like a game

I would not try to edit it unless if you don't know if they work as is

You can see text at anypoint in the string - on the right side of a hex-edtor when gowing though the hex

Download HxD - install it - open a new file - tap on that right side and start typeing anythink - you will see your words in hex on the left as you are typeing

I know all of that and I already use YSMenu, DSTT unofficial kernel and my R4i Revolution v1.45 modded with Retro updates.
I use bless hex editor on my Linux system I don't need another editor.
But, what I meant was I don't get the text translation from the hexa code because it is not proper code langage (e.g you declare variables, assign them a value, then do your stuff).
It is like ...c..{.{......hj... and so on

I don't understand what it does then, see where I need help?

If you stop buying, the company will react very quick, if you ask for refund, the reaction will be more faster!

The only way to make them react, it's to do what i explain in the first page!
