Hacking DSOnei Super not recognized

I have followed all the tutorials and installed the software on the root of the sd card but when i put it in the DSi just boots up as normal and says that ther is no card inserted in the DS game card slot. I have installed the SuperCard DSONEi(SDHC) OS 3.0 SP8 (2009.06.08) and tried 2 different sd cards and the device is running 1.3e... any ideas???

Don't you need to flash the supercard itself with the USB reader first?

No you don't have to. There was not a release for the original firmware that is on the Supercard. There was only the 1.4 update version. Try the paper trick.

well, I had the same problem.
I deleted all files in the root and started over.
But if it still doesn't work, you can use an older version, right?

You might want to test it on a DS Lite before doing anything else.

I wonder why I've never seen that. Anyways I never had to flash mine. Are they selling the SCDS1i clean now?

Looks like they might be - just took delivery of one in the last 30' and it was "firewareless" (at least undetected until I'd applied the fireware via the writer).

Fireware = SC's term for what I'd call the firmware.

I just got one Monday and it had NO firmware at all. Download http://eng.supercard.sc/download/DSonei_Fi...re_v1.1_eng.zip and put the BIN on the root of your card. Place Supercard with MicroSD into the firmware writer and place into computer. Wait for light to turn green (about 8 minutes). Then, remove BIN from MicroSD card, and install the latest EOS firmware.
