I wonder why SC team release two different zip files. No difference between those two files except their zip name.

To avoid confusing amongst noobes (i think). If the firmware was 1 zipfile, you would have noobs asking if this firmware was also for the dsonI, or something like that...
 
I heard that if you don't show the icons when listing the roms, it's relatively fast--that or putting each game into it's own folder. Just work arounds I suppose.

anyway, I had read it somewhere on the net, to speed up DS One booting, you should only put as few items as you can (folder, to be speciffic) on your root micro SD. i.e. scshell and games or whatever and use the list view (the one which doesn't show the icons) and it will boots rapidly..

not sure enough as I'd never really try it...
 
I hope the SuperCard gets faster soon and a better cheat engine... it's so amazing how the SuperCard has all these great features but is flawed by it's lack of speed and it's horrible cheat engine which requires a single file for each game.
