Is there any DSM Encoder for the built-in version of moonshell so i can convert videos to DSM format?

DSM is uncompressed. It looks better, but it's 20x larger than DPG. For example, a 22 minute show would be 60mb in dpg, 175mb in AVI, or 800mb in DSM

For quality, I prefer DPG. DSM looks weird. The crop lines for widescreen videos aren't black, and the picture looks grainy. However, there is less color banding

Wow. I'll stick with DPG it seems.

It is wrong since it depends on many encoder parameters like the frame rate ...

Do you really think that Infantile Paralyser is turning mad after releasing Moonshell ?

I use it for some Animes & of course Mangas like Ghost in the Shell with some transitions. The rendered picture and the file size are just better than bmp files encoded with xvid or something so. I love the player with the so-called dvd thumbs and the fast browsing controls. It is just something else and it is worth the download : It is simply impressive !

I use a 2Go card just for that and i don't care really about filling it anyway. In fact i use both players depending on what i want to do. Of course i will not recommend encoding a DVD content with DSM but it is not made for ...
