Homebrew DSLite as a controller

Is there any homebrew which can make DSLite as your controller which is connected to the PC either through WLAN or through a cable.I saw something like this on the PSP and the smartphone Samsung Wave(It uses its accelerometer as a steering wheel).Just wondered is there is something like this for the DSLite.
 
But thats for playing stuff on the DS through the PC.I want to play games on the PC but instead of using the keyboard I want to use the DSLite as a controller(jut like how you connect a 360 controller to a PC).

Well if you look at the video you see the DS controlling paper mario 64 even if the game also appears on the DS screen. This could be done with other games.
