Hacking DSLINK

I have a Acekard 2i but I also have an older DSLINK running OS2.31 it hasnt been updated in forever so I reckon its dead is there another firmware I could run on it or is there patches I can use on the roms individually to get compatibility thanks

Yeah I know but I would like to have a flash cart for my original ds since my acekard will have a new home in my 3ds

Get an R4.
It's cheap and loads fine on the original DS.
