Hacking DSiWare Downgrade + ctr-httpwn Still Works Pretty Good

I need help on this I tried downgrading from 11.2 I got the firmware but when I click downgrade firm to 10.4 it says failure opening sd files

The same error I am getting now. I think the 11.2 firmware Plailect uploaded earlier in the guide was not correct and he has since deleted the torrent.

He just uploaded the torrent for 11.2 to 10.4. I am checking that out right now.

Looks like we are both on v1.2.0 dgtool
There is a new 11.2 dgtool release v1.2.1.

v1.2.1 dgtool release is confirmed working. My FIRM and Kernel are on 2.50-11 now.

Wow you are fast. What entrypoint did you use?

when I did the dg tools I downgraded with plaisysupdater I got to homebrew through paper mario

Would it be faster to upgrade to 11.2 so I can system transfer, then use fieldrunners, or stay on 11.0, transfer, then need to use httpwn? Trying to decide if I should upgrade or do it that way. Just got a new 3ds and already have another with CFW.

I am noob I might be wrong but my system told me to update to 11.2 before I can system transfer.

Alright, no worries. You can get around the upgrade using some other thing listed in the guides, but I'll just upgrade and skip that step. Thanks guys.

Hardmod, DSIware with another system, or yeah, wait for a dsiware method that doesn't require a second system.

I just hate the fact that you need another 3ds to downgrade, that's 80 dollars and for what just to use it to downgrade and never ever use it anymore..

Sell it? I picked up an used one for $70, and did a DSiWare downgrade to it and sold it for $150.

I'm picking up an used 2DS tomorrow for $100 (the crystal red coloured one). Definitely will flip it for some extra cash as well.
