Hacking Dsihax game injection without Nind

Hello,
would it be possible to buy the game for dsihax, then remove your nind, and system transfer, and restore your original nind?

I am asking because i have a friend with a n3ds on 11.4 and he wants cfw

When you transfer, all NNIDs associated with the console are transferred as well. Also, if you buy the game and then format to deactivate the NNID, then the game will disappear and you won't be able to transfer the hacked save.
