So I got the DSi XL from the Scavenger Hunt today, and turned it on. It gave me a "An Error has occured screen", and then prompts me to turn it off and refer to the manual. Normally I'd send it into Nintendo for repairs but this DSi XL was purchased in Europe and was then sent to me. So I believe the warranty for repairs requires me to send it into Nintendo of Europe, which is an issue since I'm in the US. I've tried taking out the battery, and I've tried to boot up the DSi XL by inserting a game into it but neither of those worked. Does anyone have any suggestions? Although it's very fancy, I'd rather not have a paper weight.
