Yes. Just install it on sysnand as well. If you don't have an installer there (which you actually should have) just inject FBI into health and safety.

No, you have to install it on both nands. But DSiWare will only work on emunand if it's also installed on sysnand.

You have to install them on both sysNAND and emuNAND if your NANDs are unlinked.

DSiWare games, and GBA VC (possibly other VC titles?) need to be installed to both sysNAND and emuNAND in order to run them from emuNAND. So you install to both NANDs, then you can open it in emuNAND.

I asked this on the Luma thread the other day and the answer people gave me was that I needed a flashcart.
