Hi
I buy a brand new dsi (black color) from a local store, today when I try to play the world end with you, when I try to go back I couldn't enter the back button I though it a calibration problem but when I try to recalibration I can touch properly only thee circle (they turned to yellow) the upper right circle not turn yellow when touch it only if I touch the upper edge. Is that a hardware or software problem, please help and sory for my English is not my native language.

Thank in advance
