DSi System setting menu error

Hello guys. I have a Japanese DSi, and I wanted to change it's system region. I tried multiple applications for it but it didn't work, and even broke my CFW. After reinstalling HiyaCFW's latest version I tried to change region again. Hiyalang didn't work, then I tried the one from MightyMax, after program was done, I launched system settings to change the region of my DS, this is the error I got. I couldn't find any information on it. How to fix this? Do you know any other methods to change system language on the DSi?

It works! I didn't calibrate my screen properly after reinstalling hiyaCFW and I couldn't run system menu from Nocash Unlaunch. Now I can't run it either but I can access it from launcher.dsi. It's so complicated, but now everything works fine.
