Hacking DSi Firmware 1.4 help

Ok so I've been searching about this and you can update your acekard to work with 1.4u if you have a DS lite?

I have a DSi, and I have not updated yet but i want to. But first I want to make sure the acekard will work.

Ok, I want to know if I can update the acekard with my DSi, which has not been updated yet.

and also, will I get an ugly danny phantom logo? and also, how do I update the acekard?

Yes you can update your AK2i with your 1.3 DSi. Download this file. extract it and run the 1.4 fix on your Ak2i labeled "DSi" at the end. Yes the ugly Danny Phantom logo will appear after the update.

Thanks Jon, I couldnt believe it was that simple, I had something more complicated in mind. But blegh, that Danny phantom thing is ugly, they could have at least used something more popular like Pokemon!

Time to update my DSi =]

1. The camera is faster.
2. The reason why they chose Danny Phantom was because it was unpopular. If they were to choose a more popular game, like Pokémon, Nintendo would more likely act faster to get it to stop working.

But wouldnt nintendo take longer to fix it, since its a popular game, they wouldnt want to accidentally block the real game
